Since 1930, the Boy Scouts of America has helped younger boys through Cub Scouting. It is a year-round family program designed for boys who are in the first grade through fifth grade (or 7,8,9, and 10 years of age). Parents, leaders, and organizations work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting. Pack 3019 serves McConnell Elementary but welcomes boys from the surrounding areas.

Last year we went horseback riding, camping and caving. So far this year we have visited the fire dept., we took part in a flag retirement ceremony and we had a campfire with the Boy Scouts. If you would like to be a leader or if you would like to volunteer in another way please see your den leader or your Cub Master.
